Jesse May
President
Jesse has been married to his wife, Carol, for 37 years and they live in Huntsville, Alabama. Jesse and Carol have 3 children – Morgan (34), Connor (30) and Maggie (21) and 5 grandchildren (ages 9, 7, 4 , 1 and newborn). Jesse has served on several ministry‐based boards to include JHEA (JH Everlasting Adventures), JH Outback Huntsville, JH Israel, Vapor Ministries and Marriage Life Ministries. Jesse has over 30 years of experience in the Defense market. He was co‐founder and President of Chandler‐May, Inc., a system integrator specializing in providing ground control equipment to the unmanned systems market. Jesse and his partner sold the company in 2012 to Lockheed Martin and he retired from engineering in 2014. Jesse holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Auburn University. Jesse currently manages a small family office focusing on technology and real‐estate development with a goal of using the marketplace as a platform for ministry while creating resources for Kingdom Impact. Jesse and Carol host marriage retreats at their family farm called The Refuge where couples have the opportunity to rest, restore and reconnect. Jesse also loves to spend time at the Lake with family, golfing, hunting, fishing, biking with Carol and really doing anything that is active and outdoors.


Connor May
Chief Operating Officer
Connor was born and raised in Huntsville, AL. He then attended Auburn University and graduated with a degree in Entrepreneurship and Family Business in 2018. He has been married to his wife, Lillie, for 7 years. They welcomed their first son, Jesse Charles, in January of 2024. After graduating from Auburn and moving back to Huntsville, Connor started a wealth management company and an Anytime Fitness franchise in 2018. After growing those companies for four years, Connor and Lillie sold both companies in 2022. In 2023, Connor joined the family office that focuses on technology and real‐estate development. He aspires to grown the firm and make a generational impact. In his spare time, Connor enjoys fellowshipping with friends at the lake and on the golf course. He also enjoys taking his two black labs hunting.
